How do I book a package holiday?

Choose the package you would like to book by clicking "Read more". Next, click "Book online" and Choice 1. Accommodation will appear. Here, you choose your arrival and departure dates, the number of rooms you require and the number of people and then click "Search for availability". You will then come to a list of available hotels with their own room options. Choose the combination that suits you best. You can also read more about the hotel by clicking "Read more".

In the next step, you will come to a list of available golf courses. Click "Show available tee-off times" for those courses on which you wish to play and you will be presented with the available tee-off times for each course. Select the times you would like for one or several courses. When you have made your choices, click on "Go to my shopping basket".

Why do no hits appear?

You have chosen a period when the package is not available. Contact our sales department on tel. +46 (0)411-558725 and we will be happy to help you.

What do I do when I have finished choosing my package holiday?

Click "Continue" in the shopping basket. During the next step, you must at least specify a name on the hotel booking as well as name, sex, handicap, nationality and club name on the golf booking. When you are ready to continue, click on "Continue". A page will appear where you will need to fill in the names of all the guests, your customer details and your payment details.

Is it safe to submit my payment card details?

Yes. All personal information is entered on an encrypted page (128-bit SSL) where it is safe to submit personal data and the details of your payment card. Your e-mail address will only be used for sending you the booking confirmation and in certain specific cases, e.g. if you have forgotten your user name and password.

Can I stop my booking?

Yes. You can cancel the entire booking by clicking on "Discontinue booking" in the shopping basket.

When is my booking complete?

Your booking is complete when you have filled in all the details on the page entitled "Customer Information and Payment" and then clicked "Confirm booking" on the bottom right-hand side of the page. Your "Booking Confirmation" will appear once the booking is complete. You can log in and view your existing and previous bookings whenever you want. Click on "Log in" and enter the user name and password that you receive together with your e-mail confirmation.
