- 1. Prices
The prices are quoted in Swedish kronor except where otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to make changes due to price and exchange rate changes beyond our control after this date.
Nordic Travel reserves the right to the agreed prices makes the changes that may be caused by devaluation or revaluation as well as public authorities' decisions on price increases or charges imposed on the business. These rules apply to the extent that another special agreement not been reached.
- 2. Payment
Deposit is required either by credit card or by invoice, with the final payment 40 days before the group's arrival.
- 3. Cancellation costs
When cancelling or changing a booking, the following fees apply, unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation:
- Cancellation for the whole group or parts of the group
° Up to 45 days before arrival, the booking can be cancelled without incurring a fee.
° Later than 45 days before arrival, 50 % of the latest reported value of the booking is debited.
° Later than 30 days before arrival, 75 % of the latest reported value of the booking is debited.
° Later than 21 days before arrival, 100 % of the latest reported value of the booking is debited.
If you are unable to attend at short notice and outside office hours, you can cancel the accommodation directly by contacting the accommodation you have booked, but must then notify Nordic Travel within two business days. To cancel your booking via Nordic Travels booking department, has to be done within our regular opening hours. A cancellation fee of 100 SEK will be charged. Note that the possibility of cancellation does not apply certain promotions and discounts. Fees for changes, invoicing and cancellation will not be refunded. Please note that your cancellation is not valid until you have received a written cancellation confirmation from Nordic Travel. Refunds cannot be guaranteed if the cancellation has been made directly with the hotel. In cases of no-show, no refunds are paid.
- 4. Customer information
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer, least 30 days before the group's arrival, submit specified information about the number of passengers and the names of those who will stay in the rooms.
- 5. Complaints
Complaints must be presented to the person responsible of the product such as the hotel, golf course manager etc, or his agent as soon as possible. If you are unable to solve the problem, please contact Nordic Travel by phone +46 411 558725 or email firstname.lastname@example.org 
The right to complaint is lost if you do not inform the vendor or the person responsible for the product. If you leave the accomodation, golf course or event and the organizer does not get a reasonable time to solve the problem you forfeit the right to compensation. Claims for compensation must be sent to Nordic Travel in writing no later than 30 days after the end of the journey.
- 6. Force Majeure
Strikes, lockouts, fire, blockades, war, restrictions on supplies or other extraordinary circumstances beyond the accommodation’s control entitle the facility to cancel the agreement without any obligation to pay compensation in any form.
Bookings for 9 people or less;
Cancellations must be made no later than 1 week before arrival. If canceled later or in case of no show you will be charged 100% of the reservation cost.
